Sometimes Damion gets out his jar of eyes and just sits on the couch holding it in the light to stare at them. He’s always really jealous of trolls who have a lot of their blood color in their eyes. He mostly disdains being so young but he does recognize the advantage in it making him seem ‘harmless’.

Well you were done here. You almost always liked the out come of your little walks but if you stayed out any longer raven dad would give you and earful. Make the walk back hive, to your snowy woods, at first the orange blood dripped behind you but eventually that dissipating, your light step barely leaving a trail.

Eventually the manor comes into view though the gnarled branches. You get inside and out of the cold, it’d been a bit chillier today not that you minded much. There was still a bit of orange on your hands and it was almost tempting to leave handprints on the walls but you’re no barbarian who smears blood on the wall. Go find your jar of eyes to go add to the collection, they were all so pretty, most of them having the rings of varying blood colors, which you catch yourself staring at them much long than you meant to. After you manage to pull yourself away and put the jar back in it’s cabinet you go wash up.

Now that you have everything from your evening excursion started you can make a snack and go sit in the belltower with your lusus, you harbor no complaints about today.

And that was when her horn slammed hard into her face. Her nose gave way and the pain that resonated through her skull was sharp and impossible to fathom. Blood gushed from her nose, pouring orange. She couldn’t do anything to stop the tears now.-
